Pilot website
Privacy notice
This notice explains the information collected when you ask about the TradeDesk pilot. It does not cover a business’s future live reception service, which requires its own agreed setup and data-handling terms.
What you submit
The pilot form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone number, trade, service area, optional notes and your permission to be contacted about the request. Please do not submit customer records, payment information or sensitive personal information.
How it is used
Your request is saved so the service operator can review whether the pilot suits your business and respond to your enquiry. Submitting the form does not activate reception, create a paid subscription or send an automatic email confirmation.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the application’s database and reviewed by the service operator. The hosting service processes the data needed to serve and operate the website. Access should be limited to people handling the pilot and operating the service.
The interactive demo
The public demo uses fictional examples held in your browser while you use the page. Use fictional details in its practice inputs. Edits remain in page memory and reset on reload; no demo input is sent to our server. It sends no calls, messages or calendar bookings. It does not require a customer account.
Technical information
The website and its hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed for operation and abuse prevention. This site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
Questions, corrections or removal
Use the pilot enquiry form to request a correction or removal, using the same email address as your earlier request and explaining what you need in the notes field. Requests require review; removal is not automatic. You can also raise a request directly with the operator during your pilot conversation.
